Shipping & Returns
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) and may take up to 4 business days before shipping.
We offer free shipping across the US via DHL and UPS. We currently do not offer shipping outside of Canada and the US. Please visit our Find a Retailer page to find a store near you. *Not applicable on final sale items.
As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number so you can follow the journey of your package from our warehouse to your front door.
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
You can track your order by accessing your account page. You will also be sent an email as the status changes.
If you need to modify or cancel your order after submitting it, send an email email@example.com. Depending on the status of your order, we will do our best to help you with your request.
Our return policy only applies to purchases made through www.quartz-co.us. For any purchase made at one of our retailers, please refer to their return policy.
Refund Policy: We will refund all items purchased at full price within 14 days of the date of invoice, if they are unused and returned in their original packaging (with labels still attached). No refunds will be accepted for sale items.
Exchange Policy: We accept exchanges within 14 days of the invoice date, if the items are unused and returned in their original packaging (with tags still attached). No returns will be accepted for sale items.
Holiday Policy: We accept returns and exchanges for purchases made in December 2020 until January 7, 2021.
To return an item, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, invoice number, style name, size and color, and reason of return. Return requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase date to be accepted. We will then provide you with a return authorization number and a pre-paid return label. Upon receiving your return, it will be inspected to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging. We will then issue a full refund and send you a confirmation by email. Should there be any issues with the returned item, we will contact you. *Not applicable on final sale items.
